Wow! What an exciting week! The day that each and every Prep students has been counting down to finally arrived on Wednesday. We are now 100 days cleverer! The prep teachers couldn’t be more proud of the amazing effort and growth which the students have shown over the last 100 days. Their confidence in particular is something that the teachers are amazed with.
On Wednesday we started our 100th day with a parade in the hall to show off our fabulous /p/ costumes. We loved having so many parents, friends and our friends in Year 1 there to watch.
The fun continued for the rest of the day (and the whole week) with activities centered around the number 100 and a party lunch.
We went on a MASSIVE number hunt, with our buddies, around the school to find all the numbers to 100.
We have written about what we can do, now that we have been at school for 100 days, and what we think we will look like when we are 100 years old.
A big thank you to all the parents for helping your children with their amazing costumes and for providing such delicious food to share for lunch. There were some very full bellies on Wednesday afternoon.
We had a fabulous day!
Here’s to the next 100 days of school!
